Victim robbed near St John s University

Police reported an 18 year old male was robbed on Goethals Avenue and 168 Street in Jamaica. This is near St. John's University. It happened on Sunday around 7am. Two suspects in a white van approached the victim who was walking and one perp displayed a gun. Then took off with cash and phone in a white Ford vehicle. The victim was not injured. Ongoing investigation.
