Two public buses collided in Flushing with injuries

The NYPD reported two MTA public buses collided this morning in Flushing with injuries. The incident was reported this morning around 9am at the intersection of Sanford Avenue and Bowne Street. EMS reported over ten people were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries. The buses, Q27 were heading same directions when the incident occurred. The bus route was rerouted temporarily until the road was clear.
