Today is two for one usual incidents at Queens Village and Westbury

This morning around 10:30am, Wantagh State Parkway northbound between Exit W2 and W1 was closed due to a tractor trailer struck the overpass resulting in damages.

EMS reported the driver was injured during the collision with the bridge. Traffic resumed after 12pm.

Also in Westbury on Ellison Avenue, a sink hole was reported.

As for Queens Village, another sink hole reported for Queens. This is on 204th Street near Murdoch Avenue. The NYC Dept of Transportation closed the road and advised local residents to remove vehicles from the block.

EMS reported no injuries.

Both incidents remain under investigation.
