State budget continue to levels of ongoing negotiations

The good news is Democrats want to make the state budget the highest ever on the record with taxpayer funds using real estate agendas. Yay!

The bad news is around 50,000 apartments from both state and city projects are empty as part of affordable housing since the reservation process to allocate has a lengthy process only the city officials know what's really going on.

Ok, no property tax raise which covers around half of NYC budget.

Next the proposal to levy a new tax on all cash real estate transactions over $1 million in NYC will not move forth.

The main budget's education part is the next discussion with ongoing negotiation. Then the next one is transportation followed by environmental including climate agendas.

As for the Governor's budget, it stands at $268 billion and that's $14 billion more than last year's agreed upon budget.

Soon the number will reach $300 billion, still not enough for the state and city.

As for the Mayor's proposals, the Governor is not on the same page and the delays will continue so at this moment, a date of budget release is not known to the taxpayers whose funds are being used.
