Suspect wanted for attempted robbery at a Woodhaven bakery store

The NYPD released surveillance pictures of a suspect wanted for attempted robbery at a local bakery store in Woodhaven.

The incident was reported on September 23 around 8pm at the Paneorama Bakery located on Jamaica Avenue and 96th Street.

The suspect entered the location with a gun demanding cash and a quick thinking worker ran out for safety.

Shortly the suspect took off in a vehicle.

Police are now searching for the suspect.

Ongoing investigation.
