Fire at a second corner home in Floral Park

FDNY report fire at a home in Floral Park. This is on 256 Street near 80th Avenue. The fire started in the second floor and extended to the roof.

EMS is checking for injuries.

80th Avenue in both directions closed for now.

Now reporting 256th Street is also closed.

Residents in the area are advised to close windows due to smoke.

Firefighters are working on the scene.
