Still deciding on fining people for not following social distancing in NYC

Still deciding on the fine for people in NYC not practicing social distancing in public parks and the four assigned routes where roads are closed. From what is gathered, the first offense is a warning with name collected followed by $25 fine for second offense. If no identity presented, then NYPD haul to the precinct for police report to be added in the system.
Again, the mayor's office is working on this. Still in the early stage.
