Mayor de Blasio reported all 1700 rims from basketball courts in NYC parks will be removed to stop congregating.
4 boroughs announced for car free except Staten Island.
Queens - 34th Avenue between 73 and 80 Streets in Jackson Heights.
Manhattan - Park Avenue between 28th and 34th Streets.
Bronx - Grand Concourse between E. Burnside Avenue and 184 Street, the service road will remain open for vehicles.
Brooklyn - Bushwick Avenue between Johnson and Flushing Avenues.
People will have to watch vehicles passing cross streets.
The enforcement is from 10am to 7pm starting Friday and will continue through Monday as pilot program.
