State Police Seeking Publics Assistance Identifying Individual in Grand Larceny Investigation

The New York State Police in Alexandria Bay are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the individual pictured in connection with an ongoing Grand Larceny investigation.

The investigation stems from the fraudulent use of stolen credit cards at the Kinney Drugs located at 21 State Route 12 in the Village of Alexandria Bay on July 10, 2026. The credit cards had been reported stolen following a larceny from a vehicle on Wellesley Island. During the incident, more than $3,000 in gift cards were purchased using the stolen cards.

Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the individual shown in the attached surveillance image, or who has information related to this investigation.
