Started early morning to this day spike robberies reported in Queens

The NYPD is on patrol reporting robberies spiked in all five boroughs. For Queens, Monday and Tuesday reported 114 victims of robberies, thefts, muggings and snatching in the preliminary report. One stretch of Queens from Astoria to Flushing continues to be the prime spot for thieves targeting victims. Beside those incidents, burglaries spiked in Corona and Flushing.

Police also reported multiple burglaries and robberies in one vicinity of Horace Harding Expressway and 164 Street in Fresh Meadows. This area has police on patrol after the latest incident occurred yesterday.

Local residents in the area are advised to stay alert.

Despite the incidents, NYC remains safe and happy for all.
