Sink hole all fixed on the LIE westbound

Long Island Expressway is now all lanes open for traffic as usual after yesterday's sink hole incident.

The NYS Dept of Transportation crew worked around the clock to fix the main lane near Exit 49N in Melville that reported around 10 feet of deep hole where a vehicle went down in the pit. This is the westbound side.

So if you want to drive on the LIE to see how smooth it is like a baby's bottom, try it.

So far, the NY Governor has not responded to this incident since this is a state road.
