Shooting in NYC rose to over 70 for the week

According to NYPD, the shooting for this week rose to 70 with 51 victims in NYC. 22 people shot in the last 24 hours with 2 homicides in Brooklyn. So far NYPD reported 18 of that in 9 hours. The precincts are 5 in 69th precinct, 4 in 67th, 2 in 75, 1 in 44, 1 in 114, 1 in 100, 1 in 25, 1 in 20, 1 in 73 and 1 in Central Park. A 7 year old was shot in East Harlem while walking with her mother along with 4 year old and 1 year old. Police arrested a 16 year old male and charged with attempted murder, multiple counts of assaults and weapon possession. He has been released under bail reform. Another 272 members of NYPD filed for early retirement.
