Notes brief from the governor

On COVID-19, 73,262 tests were performed yesterday. 703 tests came back positive with 13 deaths. This is from Cuomo announced on Twitter.
According to Cuomo, the statewide death is at 24,830. According to CDC, the NY death is 31,421 compared to 3,366 for Florida, 2,367 for Texas and 1,535 for Arizona to date.
NY has the highest positive tested to day at 415,207 but Cuomo reported 391,923.
After Cuomo discontinued press brief, he has not taken questions for the discrepancies along with update from protesters whether there are any positive cases.
