Seven dead dogs found in Hempstead

The Nassau County SPCA is offering a $5,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for placing seven dead Pit Bulls (4 females 2 males and a 3 month old PUPPY) in a NYS DOT Sump located at Dietz St and South Franklin St, Hempstead, NY that were found on September 12, 2018.
