Queens worker killed after struck by vehicle in Manhattan

A worker living in Queens Village died after struck by vehicle in Manhattan. It happened on September 13 around 9:45am at a construction site on East 74th Street between First and York Avenues in Upper East Side. The worker was struck by vehicle by another construction worker and no charges were filed. The victim has been identified as Juan Otoya of Queens. Ongoing investigation.
