Plattsburgh male arrested for sexual abuse 3rd and criminal mischief 3rd

The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) in Champlain announces the arrest of Andrew Trudeau, age 34, of Plattsburgh, NY, following an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse.

On May 25, 2025, at approximately 4:03 p.m., State Police members received a report alleging that Trudeau engaged in sexual contact with the victim and damaged the victim's property. As a result of the investigation, Trudeau was arrested and charged with Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.
