State police arrest dolgeville man on felony drug charges following search warrant

On August 20, 2025, the New York State Police Troop D Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET), with assistance from the Special Investigations Unit, Counter Terrorism Intelligence Unit, Canine Unit, and uniformed members, executed a search warrant at a residence located on Rundell Street in the village of Dolgeville.

The search resulted in the seizure of more than one-eighth ounce of crack cocaine, a quantity of crystal methamphetamine, a cutting agent, and various drug packaging materials and scales.

As a result of the investigation, Antwoin D. Goodwin, age 42, of Dolgeville, NY, was arrested and charged with:

•    Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (Class B Felony)

•    Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree (Class C Felony)

•    Three counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
