Parents are getting ready to sue to stop Van Buren co location plan

Every schools in NYC including Van Buren High School that are pending for co-locations have parents getting ready for a lawsuit against it. Along with parents, elected officials including speaker candidate Melissa Mark-Viverito have already given a message to Mayor elect di Blasio today when he picked his choice for school chancellor, Carmen Farina. Tony Avella, Mark and David Weprin along with local activists are working with concerned parents to ensure the new mayor will not consider even though Bloomberg's Panel for Education Policy approved in October for Fall 2014.
