Only 13 billion short coming to enforce you all

Please keep working hard and harder as the NYS budget has a shortfall of just $13 billion dollars for the next three years.

The state budget was due April 1 and has not been released yet which is $254 billion. Recently, the Governor signed a budget that includes $10 million taxpayer funds for a state employee legal defense fund. This is where the State Attorney General James is currently being investigated by the DOJ for fraudulently obtaining personal property loans which Is not part of the state job. During President Trump's civil trial in NY where James shouted nobody is above the law, many wonder when Trump paid for the trial lawyer Alina Habba not from his campaign but from his own pockets under his company.

Even better, as part of NY’s 2026 budget, the Governor has announced the state’s first-ever inflation refund program that will distribute $2 billion to 8.2 million eligible New Yorkers, with payments ranging from $150 to $400 based on income and filing status to keep people happy.

Many insiders say the budget delay is due to a new set of legal moves from the DOJ under Pam Bondi is heading to NY after a report leaked of around 650,000 undocumented people receiving taxpayer funded benefits which is $15 billion. This results in $2 billion extra for the state.

Now do the math.
