One long weekend with stabbing incidents in Queens

On Saturday night around 7:30pm, a domestic violence turned fatal involving a wife and a two year old child. This is on Forest Avenue in Ridgewood. The husband was taken to a local hospital with self-inflicted stab wounds. Charges are pending.

The incident shocked the neighborhood.

Early morning around 4am, the NYPD reported a dispute turned into three people stabbed in Corona. This is on Junction Blvd near Northern Blvd. Police describe the suspects as males, Hispanic who took off on foot still on the hunt. EMS transported one victim to a local hospital while the other two went by private transportation.

This afternoon, a victim was stabbed in Astoria. This is in the 21st Avenue vicinity. So far no arrests.

All incidents remain under investigation.
