Man fatally shot at NYC apartment building NYPD

A 50-year-old man was fatally shot at a Queens apartment building Thursday night, police said Friday.

The incident happened at 28-02 119 Street in Flushing around 10:27 p.m., police said.

Officers found the man unresponsive with gunshot wounds to the chest and stomach. The 50-year-old was taken to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead.
