Nostalgia from the 80s made a comeback

Habib took over and made expansion of Bojangles, a one time known fast food chicken eatery in NYC in the 80s. Now under Hashimi Holding Corporation, Brooklyn grabbed the first spot where the eatery opened the first in NYC this month with balloons after being successful in New Jersey. The Brooklyn location in East Flatbush on 5910 Church Avenue is open 24/7.

Many still remember several locations in Queens back in those days.

The Carolina-born chicken chain Bojangles had over 800 franchises at one time from the late 70s.
