Next stabbing update in Queens

This afternoon, the NYPD reported a stabbing incident in Jackson Heights. The incident was reported around 12:30pm in the vicinity of Woodside Avenue and 70th Street. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital. Police described the suspect as male, Asian, 20's who took off toward the subway from a witness statement.

There were no stabbing incidents on April 8 and 9.

On April 7, a dispute turned into stabbing in Long Island City around 10pm in the vicinity of Vernon Blvd. Police described the suspect as male, black who took off on foot.

So far no arrests.

Both incidents remain under investigation.
