New Scotland trespass complaint resulted in felony drug arrest

On April 6, 2025, State Police arrested Zachary J. Quick, 43, of Feura Bush, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree, and Trespass.

On April 6, 2025, at about 11:14 a.m. Troopers responded to a property in New Scotland, NY, for the reports of an active trespass. The investigation discovered Quick on the property without permission or authorization.  Quick was taken into custody and found to possess a controlled substance that later field-tested positive for Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA).
