New home with balcony is slowly in demand around Bellerose

The second newly built home with balcony is getting ready to be livable for new residents. This is on 248th Street near 82nd Avenue in Bellerose. The home has two floors with third structure attached to the roof for balcony entrance. The construction company obtained permit for balcony with NYC Dept of Building. The homeowner advised extra insurance is obtained in case anyone falls from the roof. Also, the homeowner applied for chain link fence around the roof but denied by the city.
