Nassau resident arrested for leaving Roxi

On July 1, a dog tied to a pole on the Southern State Parkway had shocked Long Island and NYC residents.

Later the mastiff named Roxi found a happy home on Long Island.

Yesterday, the NYS Police announced the arrest of the man leaving the dog by the parkway.
