NYC nearing 100 people shot in July

NYPD just reported from July 1 to July 6, the people shot is nearing 100 beating Chicago's rate.
According to NYPD Chief Michael LiPetri, 50% of the shootings have taken place in just 10 precincts, ?those communities are being overrun by a small percentage of gang members who have little regard for their own life and no regard for their community?.
