NYC Dept of Investigation began undercover probe after NYCHA workers reported allegedly being offered bribes

The District Attorney identified the defendants as South Ozone Park, Floral Park, Hicksville, South Richmond Hill, New Hyde Park and Richmond Hill businesses operating their construction services. All are variously charged in multiple indictments with third-degree bribery, first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, giving unlawful gratuities and fifth-degree conspiracy.
