Before the flavors are added, the NY governor clearly stated, "I did nothing wrong, period, and I'm not resigning." Starting May 19, fully open but but but subject to 6 feet for retail stores, museums, Broadway theaters, food services, gyms, amusement parks, barber shops and other events. NYC subways are opening on May 17 to 24/7. This is not including restaurants. This is a huge opening for the state based on recent science and data. Oh it's a miracle. Now comes the best part and the fine print. The 6 feet social distancing rule will NOT apply if an event requires proof of vaccination or a recent negative test along with other safety precautions in place. People will be told to leave for not following those.
