Mom killed in christmas hit and run in Queens after being struck by two cars Police

The NYPD is seeking the driver responsible for hitting a woman with their vehicle in Queens and fleeing the scene on Christmas Day, according to police reports.

The 47-year-old female victim was initially struck around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday by an unidentified car traveling west on 111th Avenue. Before emergency services arrived, she was run over again by a Ford Expedition, as stated by law enforcement.

The woman, identified by authorities as Antonina Freycinet, was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition but unfortunately did not survive, as per the NYPD's announcement.
