Hard working people will see the surprise tomorrow in Uniondale

The NCPD reported a hit and run in Uniondale. The incident was reported around 1am on Uniondale Avenue and Jerusalem Avenue when a suspect driver crashed toward the stores that were closed and then ran off on foot.

This is inside the Uniondale Plaza affecting the salon and the taco eatery.

The owners of both businesses will come to know in the morning when they open for business about the incident. EMS reported no one was at the scene.

ESU is working to recover the evidence.

Police are reviewing the cameras on the scene.

So far no arrests.
