Male shot dead in East Elmhurst

Police reported a male shot dead in East Elmhurst. It happened around 7:45am at a location on 98 Street and 23rd Avenue close to the LaGuardia Airport. The male, 27 was found inside an apartment with a gunshot wound. A woman was found inside with blood all over and is under questioning. Police described the suspect as male, Hispanic, 5’8”. Ongoing investigation.
