GCP eastbound is a mess

Grand Central Parkway eastbound by the Northern Blvd and LIE, 2 lanes closed after opening one lane due to multiple vehicle accident with injuries. Heavy FDNY, EMS, ESU and police are on the scene. Delays all around.
