MVA with close call on GCP service road

Police closed off the intersection of Grand Central Parkway service road and 164 Street reporting multiple vehicle accident with injuries. One vehicle with family inside hit the overhead fence with close call. ESU and EMS are working on the scene. FDNY is also on the scene.
