The former location of Trattoria restaurant in Bellerose on Jericho Turnpike near Commonwealth Blvd is listed on the market for $6,100 per month rent. According to the owner, Neetu Jain, the location can be divided for rent with one sector for $3,350.

There is no basement but only one floor accessible to Jericho Turnpike. The location can be used for fast food, medical, dental, office, retail, commercial kitchen setup or a salon.
