Hey we the party not we the people for City of Yes in Queens

The NYC Mayor's Office has not issued a date for the NYC Council Members to vote on his ambitious project, the City of Yes but many insiders say it won't take place until later in November or early December or maybe next year.

Meanwhile, local residents in Queens are urged to write, visit, and bark at the local council members to obey we the people and not we the party. Many Queens council members are loyal to the party so we the party is a priority over we the people.

If the council passes, the first change is zoning which will result in 60,000 to 100,000 new units of housing expect to complete by 2039 by assigned developers who donates well to the local elected officials. The new name will be R-6 which means 4 new stories above a storefront retail on main roads on commercial and near public transportation with optional parking spaces.

The next stage is allowing single and double family homes to convert attics, garage into accessory dwelling with option to convert basements into apartments.

The final stage is to allow developers to continue to build affordable housing as long as they can.

If people don't protest or not enough voice, the City of Yes will go through.

So here is your chance to get together and make your voice heard.
