Governor is spreading love to commuters in NYC

After the public transportation disaster for commuters today, the MTA has had no response to fare increases. However, the MTA, consisting of board members who are all filthy rich and so called powerful have the beautiful number which is THREE all set until the election in 2026 for the current Governor of NY.

The original date to go with the $3 fare was next month August.

Once the current governor of NY wins, the fare will be $3, that's THREE and then continue to increase along with more taxes, taxes and taxes.

However, many insiders are speculating the fare will be $3.25.

The same with congestion pricing. Also, there will be no mandated fare-free service across all city buses since there is no legal authority except pilot programs assigned by local elected officials for their districts only.

The far left are saying that the MTA should raise fares to provide better service. The lower the fare, the less people enjoy riding the subway. Yes, MTA is the baby of NY regardless of losing $700 million from fare evasion annually. That money can be made up by charging taxpayers with $500 per year for something to enforce so it's no big deal for the MTA. The MTA will not reimburse for lost services today so anyone caught with fare evasion will face summons or jail.
