Governor announced the update of LIRR

Please get back to work to donate playoff tickets to your constituents.

As per NY Governor's office, LIRR resumed and full service was expected by 4pm today. The Governor's message is to all to work as usual. This way the government officials and all other regulars can attend the Knicks playoff game tonight. The biggest attendee is the NYC Public Advocate who rarely works will be on the front row to cheer for the Knicks for all games that won’t be disclosed to the public of the ticket prices and other expenses including taxpayer funded chauffeur and NYPD security detail.

Today, many opted for remote work and most are expected to work using LIRR tomorrow as usual. For two days, MTA lost money and will need to find a way to reimburse the short fall.

As for the playoff, the average ticket to the game tonight is $557 including fees and then another $100 to $200 depending on your eating and drinking habits on hot dogs and sodas. The front rows are from $12,000 to $24,000 but hey let the government officials enjoy taxpayer funds. Lots of movie stars and other rich people will be attending full pack. As for the rest, resume normal work tomorrow until retirement by going to the local bars or stay home alone and enjoy.
