Free books at Central Library in Jamaica

Starting today, Queens Public Library is excited to partner with Soar with Reading, a JetBlue For Good initiative, to provide free children?s books that you can take home to keep. It?s important to keep reading with your children over the summer so they don?t lose the gains they made during the school year. In addition to checking out books from the library, you can visit the vending machine outside of the Children?s Library Discovery Center at Central to select from free books. Books suitable for children ages 0-14, plus some titles for adults, too. With different books available about every two weeks as the summer progresses. Central Library is located at 89-11 Merrick Boulevard, Jamaica.
