Fatality on the Whitestone Expressway

Police reported a vehicle accident on the Whitestone Expressway northbound by 14th Avenue Exit in Whitestone with one dead. It happened around 4:45am. ESU reported other injuries. Highway CIS is continuing with the investigation.
