Election Day notes

It's November 2 and people are all going out to vote. This year will have new incoming members for the NYC Council seats but most importantly, the mayoral race. The city alone has a $98.7 billion budget and the current mayor who has filed paperwork for the upcoming governor's race claimed it's not enough. Who wins decides what to do with the budget to keep the city running. The other race is for each borough presidency which is a ceremonial role with a nice six figure salary and perks. Of course, the title is also attentive to show off. Then there are 5 proposals in the ballot for yes and no votes which are written by lawyers not easy to follow.

Overall, the Democrats want control to keep the city under their rule with the taxpayers budget to decide who gets them.
