Delays on SSP and NSP

A single vehicle flipped upside down on the Southern State Parkway westbound by Exit 17, Hempstead Avenue. At the same time, a driver in a hurry changed lane from left to right on the Northern State Parkway only to get spunned into the grass. This is on the eastbound by Post Avenue. Delays all around.

Also, Meadowbrook State Parkway reported vehicle accident by Exit M5 on the northbound.
