E line delayed due to fatality in Long Island City

The FDNY along with law enforcement are at the local subway station of Court Square 23rd Street reporting a fatality.

This is on the F line to Manhattan bound.

Power is shut down partially at the station.

ESU is working to remove the male that was struck by train.

EMS is checking for all for injuries.

Delays all around including the 7 lines to Manhattan.

Also earlier a commuter struck by train at the Lexington Avenue station on the F line.

The medical examiner will transport the bodies to conduct autopsy to determine the cause of death.

Ongoing investigation.
