Driver arrested after MVA next to Belt Parkway

Police reported multiple vehicle accident on South Conduit Avenue and 184 Street next to Belt Parkway around 4:30pm. A van was reported flipped with people inside. The driver of van has been arrested for no license. Traffic delays cleared on Belt Parkway in both directions after an hour.
