Cab driver arrested after mother and child struck in LIC

Police arrested Samanpreet Singh, 20, on Friday morning after a mother and her 2 year old son was struck by cab. The incident happened on Wednesday, April 24 around 8am in front of 27-20 Queens Plaz South in Long Island City. Both the mother and child suffered injuries to their heads and legs. Ongoing investigation.
