Delays on Williamsburg Bridge after dead body found

Police reported a dead body of a male was found below the Williamsburg Bridge on the Brooklyn side. The incident was reported around 8am. NYPD divers recovered the body. Ongoing investigation.
Also at 9am, a jumper on Manhattan Briddge was taken into custody.
