Cough cough cough three times done the next day

On December 1, three locations greenlighted a new wave of entertainment in the form of a casino which is set in the Bronx and two in Queens.

It's really easy money. Just look at the three plans approved by the first step yesterday, The Gaming Facility Location Board.

Ballys in the Bronx will cost around $4 billion.

Resorts World at South Ozone Park will be around $7.5 billion.

Flushing Hard Rock next to CitiField is $8.1 billion.

Once operational, over $10 billion in taxes will be generated for NYS. Also, $10 million will be set aside for gambling problems with non profits for help annually.

Each three prospects must have $500 million each for the license to be forwarded to the NYS Gaming Commission which is a non-refundable that will be given to MTA. Today, that $500 million each is already in place just like that in NYC where 99% locals have no $100 bill in their pocket but plenty of debts that will cost a lifetime to pay off.

The next update is all on the New York State Gaming Commission which will be announced at the end of this month.

Already vendors are applying to provide beverages, fast food and everything to please people who will be seeing more advertisements of which one to go once ready to open.

Capitalism.
