Cops on the hunt for suspects wanted for armed robbery in Corona

The NYPD reported an armed robbery in Corona in the vicinity of 38th
Avenue and 104th Street. Two suspects, males, Hispanic on a scooter targeted a victim on the sidewalk with one displaying a weapon. The victim resisted and gunshots erupted causing all to run for cover in the vicinity.

EMS reported the victim was not shot and continued to check around. ESU is working to recover shell casings.

Some of the roads are closed for investigation.

So far no arrests.

Cops are hunting for the suspects in the area.
