City gets rid of poop scoop law signs

The city Department of Transportation Department has removed about 1,300 of the worn and faded signs, part a larger effort to reduce visual clutter. Dog owners are aware of their responsibilities and don't need to be reminded that they should scoop up the poop, the department concluded.
