Car meet did not go well in Flushing last night

The NYPD made an announcement that 18 vehicles were confiscated after a car meet in Flushing that was posted on social media.

This time, law enforcement was tracking down and the spot was announced in the vicinity of Willets Point Blvd and 35th Avenue near the local Etihad Park last night around 10:30pm. By 11pm, the area was cleared with vehicles removed. The NYPD did not say of the total arrests after 8 were taken into custody.

It's now up to the NYPD whether to auction off vehicles based on the cases which are now handled by the DA's office.

The investigation continues.
